Concierge Service Policy

Please read these policies carefully before using Our Service.

Concierge services are available for select treatments and are designed to provide the convenience of receiving professional care in the comfort of your home or other preferred location. Concierge services are offered on a case-by-case basis and are subject to availability.

• Filler Appointments: For safety reasons, filler treatments are only available at Nexus and cannot be performed as concierge services.
• General Treatments: Most other treatments can be accommodated through concierge services, depending on the treatment type and location.
• Group Bookings: Concierge services are available for group bookings with a minimum of 5 clients. Travel fees may be waived for group bookings.

Concierge services reflect the additional time, travel, and preparation required for offsite treatments.

• Minimum Spend: A minimum spend of $1,500 is required for concierge services.
• Travel Fees:
  • $100 for travel within 10 miles of Tribeca.
  • $150 for travel beyond 10 miles of Tribeca.
• Payment: Payment is required at the time of booking. We accept Zelle or Venmo for concierge services.

Concierge appointments are scheduled manually to allow sufficient time for travel and preparation.

• Appointments must be confirmed with advance payment. A 50% deposit may be required depending on the treatment type.
• Availability is limited and based on Jubilee’s schedule. Travel time, setup, and takedown will be factored into the appointment time.

• Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 48 hours prior to the appointment start time.
• Cancellations within 48 hours of the appointment time will result in forfeiture of the deposit.
• Group bookings must provide at least 72 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule.
